Return Policy for Physical Media
Our VHS/DVD/CDs & other physical formats are always tested thoroughly before we ship out. However, if there is a fault with one of our products you are entitled to a 30 day money back guarantee. We do not accept returns on new DVDs/Blu-rays or other formats unless they have arrived damaged in transit and will not play.
